TONE & SWEAT

Little Ones Welcome

Long Lawford Memorial Hall
Mondays 10:30-11:30am

* your little ones (children under reception age) are welcome to come with you (you are responsible for the safety and well-being of your child)*

This class is a combination of two of the popular WRIGHTSTEP Fitness evening classes - TONE and SWEAT.

The TONE & SWEAT class will encorporate a mixture of workout challenges that aim to …

* Increase your Cardio Vascular functionality
* Improve your heart and lung health
* Build your strength and stamina
* Refine posture
* Develop and enhance core strength
* Promote muscular endurance
* Improve your joint health

All of which aim assist with body composition and body positivity goals where the focus will always be placed on you enjoying movement and feeling safe and welcome in our exercise space. 

DANCE FITNESS

The Avon Valley School, Newbold
Mondays 6:20-7:20pm & Tuesdays 8:10-9:10pm

This class is a light hearted, pressure free dance fitness class that focuses on having fun while you learn a new routine each week to a feel good song with an awesome group of people.
All abilities are welcome and you do not need any prior dance experience.
“Exercise in disguise” - it's the class where your cheeks and tummy muscles hurt from an hour of smiling and laughter.

This class aims to...
* Increase your CV functionality

* Promote heart and lung health
* Improve your balance and co-ordination
* Contribute to better joint health
* Develop your mobility and flexibility


All while laughing, smiling, increasing your confidence and getting those feel good endorphins flowing.

TONE

The Avon Valley School, Newbold
Mondays 7:30-8:30pm

This class is a low impact, body weight focused session that’s goal is to build the strength and muscular endurance of your legs, glutes and core. There is absolutely NO JUMPING in this class, so if jumping is something you are worried about - this could be the class for you.

This class aims to…
* Improve your muscular strength and endurance
* Refine Posture
* Develop and enhance core strength
* Bring attention to correct alignment of your spine, pelvis and joints
* Promote overall body awareness
* Improve your joint health

Like with every WRIGHTSTEP Fitness class, your enjoyment will be at the centre of everything! All abilities are welcome and this one hour class aims to provide you with a workout where you - as an individual - will be challenged to a level that is suitable for you (we are all different, and that is celebrated in WRIGHTSTEP Fitness classes).

STRENGTH

The Avon Valley School, Newbold
Tuesdays 7-8pm

This class is all about building your strength in all areas of the body, ensuring that no movement pattern gets missed. It’s all about ensuring your whole body is strengthened to promote a healthier, stronger and more resilient body for our future.

A free weights class that aims to …

* Provide guidance for safe lifting techniques
* Perfect your form
* Educate and assist with identifying the correct weight for you for each exercise
* Develop your strength gradually and safely across all areas of the body
* Promote functional fitness
* Encourage whole body balance
- Build your strength in all areas of the body
* Increase your bone and joint health

All abilities are welcome for this class, all movements can be adapted to suit complete beginners and participants with more exercise experience.
Your progress is the main focus for this class while ensuring you feel motivated, pumped up and happy about the workout you are participating in.

SWEAT

The Avon Valley School, Newbold
Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm

A full body workout aiming to improve your cardio vascular functionality to assist with weightloss goals, health improvement goals and body composition goals.
This class includes exercise challenges where your individual progress can be tracked and monitored from week to week to keep you motivated and driven throughout the sessions.

* Develop your speed, agility and reaction time
* Improve your mobility
* Build your confidence

All abilities are welcome and this one hour class aims to provide you with a workout where you - as an individual - will be challenged to a level that is suitable for you (we are all different, and that is celebrated in WRIGHTSTEP Fitness classes).
