I’ve been coming to Dance classes with Hannah since May and have got the bug! I started Sweat in September and then now have added PT fortnightly too!

I had my second baby in February and was so anxious about exercising but there’s no pressure from Hannah, she is motivating not shaming and I love being part of the Wrightsteppers!

Wright step fitness dance classes are a highlight of my week! What better way to exercise than spending an hour dancing to fab songs with a group of lovely ladies. Hannah creates great routines and teaches them so well in such a friendly and encouraging way. The hour flies by and I love every minute of it.

I started the Wright Step Dance Fitness class in August 2022 for fun, got hooked, got fitter, tried more classes, added PT sessions...and my attitude to regular exercise has been transformed. Hannah's enthusiastic, motivating, friendly, fun and inclusive approach is a hit recipe for success. Furthermore, she has created a whole community, sparking friendships, mutual support and social events. Highly recommended.

I started going to Wrightstep Fitness in March 2023 and have never looked back. From the very first class, Hannah made me feel so welcome, and I left feeling energised, motivated, and excited to come back. I’ve taken part in all of Hannah’s classes over time, and I genuinely love the variety—no two sessions ever feel the same. Hannah is an incredible instructor who always makes time for everyone at WSF. She is endlessly supportive, encouraging, and positive, and has an amazing ability to make you believe in yourself. She truly is everyone’s biggest cheerleader. Being part of this fabulous fitness community is amazing; it’s inclusive, uplifting, and makes exercise feel effortless and fun. I honestly can’t imagine my weeks without it—or a better instructor than Hannah. ❤️

I began my journey with Hannah/Wright Step Fitness back in Feb 2017. It started out with PT sessions in my bedroom, helping me to fall in love with movement and feeling strong. 

Fast forward to now (2024) and I've tried everything she's thrown out to her community; the dance classes, sweat, tone, dance group, strength, sports day, the photoshoot, Bear Grylls centre day out - you name it, I've tried it (I'd have even done the colour run but she banned me as it was 3 days before my wedding)

She has seen me through so many highs and lows, celebrated with me when I got engaged, supported me in the run up to my wedding, was there on my wedding day! Had stern words with me when I was being too tough on myself, checked in on me when I'm feeling low and been there with a hug and words of advice when needed. 

Because that's the thing with Hannah, you get so much more than just a PT, you get a friend. Someone who genuinely is pleased to see you each week at whatever you do with her... Be it classes or PT. Someone who will check in with you when you're feeling low. Someone who will be your BIGGEST cheerleader! 

I have always joked that I "don't do cardio" and I'm was voted Moaning Myrtle for a reason (those in classes with me will know) but honestly... I love everything Hannah has created! And for someone who "doesn't do cardio" I have well and truly fallen in love with sweat class! I'd go as far as to say it's now my fave class. Because what can I say... That's the magic of Hannah and Wright Step Fitness.
